French Canadian canned Pea Soup. Comes in the big cans with the yellow labels. My mom grew up on this stuff in Quebec, and she fed it to my sister and me when we were little too. It has no artificial ingredients. I believe all it contains is yellow peas, lard, and salt. I can't say whether it's good or bad, because it's one of those unique things you're just used to after eating it so much. It's not pleasant to look at, but it sure warms you up on a cold winter day.
