Hakkebøf (Chopped Beef) is a traditional Danish dish that is often served with potatoes.

The recipe is as follows:

Slice the onions, and brown them in half of the margarine, then put them in a plate.

Part the beef in equal-sized pieces, depending on preference. Form the pieces into rolls, chop them with a knife, and make sure they're round.

Put the flour and spices in a bowl and turn the beefs in it, so as to cover them with the mix.

Fry the beefs about 4-5 minutes on each side.

Make a brown sauce with the left-over flour using the broth, food coloring and the left-over flour.

Serve the beefs in the pan, bathed in the sauce, with the onions on top.
