There are two species of butterflies on Hawaii, indigenous to the islands, that have mouth parts meant specifically for eating bananas.
What's so special? Bananas were not introduced to Hawaii until a couple hundred years ago. So if those butterflies were there before, then they would have had no food source.
They had to have evolved to eat the bananas.
