Heartbreak is a deed that can leave you changed.

Hurt. Skeptical. Unsure.

If you're lucky and it's a clean break, then everything heals and it's easy to start over, to start again. But if it's a fracture of the heart, and everything is messy and nothing is put back together, then it just hurts. Forever.

Closure is the one thing that can make or break you. Admitting to yourself that you must seek that closure with that person who ripped your heart in two could possibly be the lesser of two evils. But once you do, you might realize that it was worth it.

So just give in. You know you want to.

But don't forget to breathe.

Heart"bro`ken (?), a.

Overcome by crushing sorrow; deeply grieved.
