A game development company originally called Several Dudes Holistic Gaming. Holistic Design is a little known underdog in the gaming world. A humorous part of that fact that Holistic Design is so little known, is that many gamers have played at least one of Holistic's games.

Holistic Design does not truly specialize in any one area. They pioneered the Fading Suns pen and paper game, developed the later Noble Armada miniature game and develop PC based video games. They also have series of books based on their developed worlds.

The Fading Suns series is Holistic Design's most popular gaming system these days, though almost every PC gamer remembers Merchant Prince (aka Machiavelli the Prince) from the DOS gaming days.
