The Hospital Consultants and Specialists Association or HCSA is the British Trades Union and professional association for Senior Hospital Doctors in the United Kingdom. (That means Consultants, Associate Specialists, Specialist Registrars and Staff Grade Doctors in the terminology of the National Health Service).

Formed in 1948 as the Regional Hospitals' Consultants and Specialists Association when it was felt that the general practitioner dominated BMA was an inadequate vehicle to represent the interests of hospital doctors within the newly minted British National Health Service. (The "Regional" was dropped in 1974 partly as a result of the disbandment of the Association of District Consultants in Scotland.)
