Hydrate

Possibly the most important thing any mammal, and a lot of other animals can do next to breathing air. Without drinking to replenish the body's liquids most mammals will die within days. There are exeptions like Camels that store water,&and kangaroo rats that have such powerful kidney's they can practically drink sand, but trust me you need to drink water. Actually, most humans spend most of their lives suffering from at least partial dehydration.

A compound formed by the union of water with some other substance, generally forming a neutral body, as certain crystallized salts.

A substance which does not contain water as such, but has its constituents (hydrogen, oxygen, hydroxyl) so arranged that water may be eliminated; hence, a derivative of, or compound with, hydroxyl; hydroxide; as, ethyl hydrate, or common alcohol; calcium hydrate, or slaked lime.
