A SPARC-compatible CPU made by Ross Technologies. Often very expensive, these puppies would usually outperform the competing cpus that Sun shipped. Unfortunately, Ross went under in early-7/98 and never got to release its competing UltraSPARC clone. Supposedly this division migrated to Fujitsu. HyperSparcs were often found in HyperStations and SparcPlugs.
