Back at my parents' house, I can see the stars. Finally, out of the city (the tumour of civilisation.) I anticipated the first night, the brisk cold air deadening my fingers as I focus on the holes in nature's blanket.
Disabling the alarm to leave, I grab my pack of cloves... As I step into the deserted world which is outer suburbia at three AM I light the first and replace nature's honest breath with my generated cloud.

I would like to lie in a forest - naked, an alpha-wolf nuzzling my face and then lying down beside me.

But yet I clasp my cane - drag after drag, step after step.
