The latest certification from Comptia.

It is meant to be a "vendor-neutral, entry-level Internet certification program" (from Comptia's website), and that is basically what it is. It is somewhat harder then A+ certification, but not by a lot. For entry level technicians, it is a good step after the ultra-basic A+ tests. Like A+, it probably won't get you a job beyond tech support, but it might help.

Topics covered (from Comptia):
Internet Basics
Internet Clients
Development
Networking
Internet Security
Business Concepts
