The International Association for Cryptologic Research, a non-profit scientific organization whose purpose is to further research in cryptology and related fields. They sponsor many conferences and workshops on cryptology and allied disciplines, such as the ASIACRYPT, CRYPTO and EUROCRYPT conferences, and Fast Software Encryption workshop.
