An excellent book by William A. Henry, III which insists that achievement should produce success, as opposed to the politically correct idea that in a truly just society, all men and women would automatically produce equal amounts of success. Henry says that "equality of results is not an end in itself; achievement *is*".

Of course, with a name like "William A. Henry, III", how could you not feel elitist?
