Est. 1982, an artist run centre in Toronto that caters to media such as radio, television, and film, as well as new digital networks, interactive multimedia, artificial intelligence and robotics. Artists have a vital role to play not only in innovating content for these new media but in the exploration of the impact that electronic technologies have on culture.

During the 1990's Inter/Access used Video Teleconferencing to exchange Telecommunication Art with other locations such as Western Front, the Electronic Cafe International and many others. See Jeff Mann
