Short interstate highway in Northern Virginia. Some view it as a waste of a valuable Interstate number because despite it being a two-digit interstate, it never leaves the state of Virginia.

Begins in Arlington County, Virginia at the end of a bridge to Washington, DC; ends at Interstate 81 in Strasburg, Virginia.
