"Just a Matter of Software"
A phrase used optimistically in the microelectronics industry to describe the idea that software could be written to make the difficult problems of VLSI design go away, or at least become much easier to do. Everyone is still waiting...
(it's not "just a matter of software"; it's a matter of getting people who are very good at what they do get a "feel" for the way things work, and having them work magic...)
