Acid House tune produced by Hithouse. Notable because it formed the theme music to the British comedy series The Mary Whitehouse Experience, and that it was quite good.
The sampled lyrics went something like this:

which also appears pitch shifted in The Prodigy's Don't Stop (Start The Dance). The track also appeared in the Amiga demo scene as part of Digital Concert 6 by Flash Production.
