A poet, saxophonist, and author. He began performing in Montreal nightclubs at 15 and has since played with dozens of bands and recorded six albums, including Blue History (Word of Mouth) by the John Sobol Poetry Band. He was the director of Action Poetry '94 at The Banff Centre for the Arts.
