Dr. Joseph MacInnis is an undersea researcher, explorer and inventor. In 1970 he invented the Sublimnos, a cheaply made underwater research station. In later years, he created the SubIgloo, an underwater station underneath the Arctic ice.
He has discovered and dived to many wrecked ships and planes, including the HMS Breadalbane, the Titanic, and the Edmund Fitzgerald.
