I remembered to stretch before bed. I took my melatonin. Yesterday my sister said her allergies were so bad she couldn't breathe. Today I'm thinking about things I can do to resolve this allergy situation. I got a referral to see an allergist. I need more plants and a food diary. I'm going to clean my basement. I'm going to tear out carpeting and have my ductwork cleaned. I'm going to tear out old drywall and remove the wood pile in my basement. I'm going to clean windows and research air purifiers. I'm buying more essential oil diffusers. I'm going to get a Y membership. I'm going to continue going to the chiropractor. I'm cleaning up my diet and having my chimney inspected.

I'm getting a quote on having the floors sanded. I'm going to get out of the house and find groups to join. Tomorrow I'm getting a massage. That's going to be a part of my life going forward. I want old doors taken down and new ones hung. I want molding and trim replaced and window treatments in some of the rooms. We need a new patio door in back. I want to redo the big bathroom. I shudder to think what might be behind those walls. I want to paint my kitchen cabinets white and purchase more rugs. Decluttering and buying things that add to my comfort and the beauty of my surroundings is restorative and healing. I feel like I've had a twenty year long asthma and allergy attack and I finally have a better idea of some of the things I can do about it. Go me
