Λαμπετιη

  1. Helios and the Nymph Naera produced two daughters - Lampetia and Phaethusa (Table 14). These two girls tended the flocks of their father in Thrinacia. They went to Helios to tell him that Odysseus and his followers had killed and eaten his oxen.

  2. An isolated legend claimed that Lempetia was the wife of Asclepius and mother of Machaon, Podalirius, Iaso, Panacea and Aegle.

  3. One of the HELIADS, according to some traditions.
