Linda Hunt was born April 2, 1945 in Morristown, New Jersey. She studied acting at the Interlochen Arts Academy in Interlochen, MI and the Goodman Theater School of Drama in Chicago, IL. In 1983, she won Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her portrayal of a male dwarf in The Year Of Living Dangerously.
