Like most GIS programs, you can display data in a variety of formats. MapPoint also includes a tool fo finding a route to drive from one point to others. Of course, when there are many places to visit, the traveling salesman problem makes the results slower to display and occasionally contrary to common sense.
Unfortunately, like most consumer-grade GIS programs, the current version displays no awareness of rush hour. Until a new version allows you to tell it to double the travel time during certain hours (and, in Florida, during tourist season), it's best to take its advice with a grain of salt.
