Miss Saigon is a musical written by Claude-Michel Schonberg and Alain Boublil. It's a modern version of Madame Butterfly, a classical story of boy meets girl, west meets east, set in the chaotic American retreat from Vietnam. Miss Saigon was the break through for Lea Salonga as Kim and Simon Bowman as Chris. Jonathan Pryce plays the Engineer.
