A conservative city of about 100,000 people in southern Orange County, California.

Citizens of this city are easily fooled by city council members that will tell the public anything to get what they desire. In fact, the city council does not care what the people think and attempt to conduct most council meetings in closed session.

In 2000, they were able to sucker the public into voting for a new city hall that would cost $15 MILLION dollars. Apparently spending on this travesty has risen to $18 million and no one is paying attention because almost all citizens are uninterested in local government.

On the plus side, the city has a rather large artificial lake.
