A Starbucks concoction composed of three (or more, at your option) shots of espresso blended with orange syrup, chocolate syrup, and milk, topped with whipped cream and orange peel.

The sourness of the orange neatly masks the bitterness of the coffee, and the chocolate and milk smooth out the texture and sweeten it, so much so that this cousin of a mocha latte goes down as easily as a chocolate milkshake. (Not that the same can't be said of most Starbucks drinks, but this one packs a bigger payload.)

Do not be fooled. This is ultra-high-test, not for the caffeine-inexperienced, and even seasoned caffeine junkies would be well advised to consume these with caution until they can gauge their effect. The barista at my local Starbucks doesn't go near them unless he's had a really bad night and needs a jump start. Drinking more than one at a sitting should not go unsupervised.
