background on this
thing - I read about it on
CNN's website and then read through the FAQ on the Mr. Winkle website itself. This "
dog" basically looks like a malformed
stuffed animal with its
tongue permanently out of its mouth. The website offers a
calendar - its owner is a
photographer who apparently thinks she'll make a
quick buck off the dog's strange appearance. The website is
pure cheese, too much
fluorescent green and too many ridiculous
questions.
What is Mr. Winkle?Scary, that's what. Couldn't this woman at least have given this dog a
better name? The photos in the calendar, while are
admittedly creepy, are at least well done.
