The Nationwide Group Staff Union or NGSU is a British Trades Union that unsurprisingly describes itself as the Trade Union for the staff of Nationwide Building Society.
The Union was established in 1990 as a result of a merger between the Nationwide Building Society Staff Association and the Anglian Building Staff Society Association, which was an inevitable consequence of the previous merger of the Nationwide and Anglian Building Societies.
