Originally Nestle Quik
. In the late 90's
, the Nestle company took it upon themselves to rename their popular line of Strawberry
syrups. Why did they do this? I don't know the answer, perhaps to conform
to the other Nestle drinks such as Nestea
. Was it a good decision
to rename the nostalgic
syrups? In my opinion, no. Quik
sounds MUCH cooler.
Nesquik is also a chocolate-puff based cereal, so named because the cereal, when let to soak in milk for awhile, turns said milk into Nesquik.
