Neutron Man is the most widely recognized Ohio State University football fan. He appears at every game, wearing his 00 Buckeye jersey, a necklace of buckeyes, and a scarlet and grey beret. He grew to fame due to his silly dancing every time the marching band played the song Nuetron Man (he's a rather hefty man...). Eventually he was allowed to run along the players bench at field level, and he is usually featured on the billboard and on national television several times througout a game. Along with the Woody Hayes impersonator, he's one of the local icons of Ohio State Football.
