On April 1st, 2001, the manager of a Hooters Restaurant in Florida announced a contest where the waitress who sold the most beer for the month of April would win a new "Toyota".
In May, the winning waitress, Jodee Berry, was blindfolded, and let out into the parking lot. When the blindfold was removed, there was a Yoda doll from the Star Wars movie series sitting in the parking lot, waiting for her.

Jodee ended up quitting her job and filing a lawsuit.
According to McPaper, Jodee settled with Hooters in May of 2002. While the terms of the settlement were not disclosed, McPaper reports she did get a new Toyota as part of the deal.
