This is a song by Ween, from the album
God Ween Satan: The Oneness.
This sweet little sleepy ballad drones on for quite a while, and then they start saying and doing very weird things with their instruments. They flush the toilet through some sound-distorting machine and laugh and brag about it ("We're going to flush the toilet on the air!"). They keep saying "cocoa puff, man," and later someone starts ranting, "Nicole, you never call my buggy back. He call you so many times, and you never call him, you never call my buggy." "Ya hear that Nicole? Call him back!"
The song itself does not move well, it is almost asleep, and Gene renders the lyrics in a Prince-like crooning:
nicole
i love you
i'll never leave you
without you i turn to stone
After this song finally decides to end (with someone yelling "Call him back!" in the background), the beginning of "Common Bitch" comes on, which may or may not be about Nicole.
