NOISES OFF
A British
comedy that is performed in the
theater. My
school(the theater guild at my school) has been working very hard to make this a
production for a theater guild presentation. I have been on set
crew and
painting crew. It has been so much fun. A awesome set containing two
floors was built and the
acting is wonderful.
About The Play
Characters~ Llyod( as the director),Mrs. Clacket(actress) Dotty(actress), Brook(actress), Freddy(actor), Garry(actor), Selstan(actor), Poppy(crew member), Tim(crew member)
Info~ The play is about these actors who are putting on a play called "Nothin On" in a very short amount of time. They have a lot of little jokes that are about anything like sleeping with one eacother to sardines and whiskey. It has a lot of twist and is all about timing. The play is taken place in a house which is the set to their play. You get to see the actors point of view when backstage and then the audience point of view when acting out "Nothin On". It is a very well and funny written play.
