Group in the Executive Branch Office of the President of the United States of America charged with assisting the President in preparing the Federal budget and the implementation of it in the Executive branch. It's also responsible for the Presidential Administration's administrative, regulatory, financial, and procurement policies. In addition to analyzing trends in and consequences of domestic spending on, say, defense, and ordering paper clips for the White House, OMB also puts the entire Federal budget on the Web.
