Since the book was not published until 1938 (1939 in the US), well after the 1923 cut-off date for US copyright freedom, the poems may not be reproduced anywhere, except with permission of the copyright holder. As an aside, Eliot's most famous piece, The Waste Land was first published in 1922, so makes it into E2's semi-official public domain category
