As far as I'm concerned, this song was written to commemorate my old
homie Greggy, who introduced me to the band so many years ago before they were the pop phenom they have become. Greggy was one of the only
smart meth addicts I knew, and
coincidentally also from
Omaha. Ah, the
humanity.
