On the Media

On The Media is a weekly, hour long radio program produced by WNYC, New York City and distributed by National Public Radio. On The Media deals with the affects of media on society, why the media portray things the way they do, how the media affects specific individuals, and how we view the media. On The Media is also relatively unique in providing full transcripts of the show on their web site.

On The Media staff includ Host and Managing Editor, Brooke Gladstone, Host Bob Garfield, Executive Producer Dean Cappello, Senior Producer Arun Rath, Producer at Large Mike Pesca, and Associate Producers Janeen Price and Katya Rogers.
