Oosik is an Eskimo term for the large bones from the penis of a walrus. For the most part, these serve no practical purpose, but you can often find them being listed on auction sites (such as Amazons, Yahoo, or eBay). They're typically listed for use as a walking stick or cane.

Oosic is also a commonly used to make the handle of a knife, since oosic is less slippery than many other materials when it is covered with blood. The penis bone of any animal that has one, such as dogs, bears, raccoons, and whales can also be called an oosic.
