An internet phenomenon whereby the surfer is paid to keep an ad-bar on his/her desktop during "surfing," whatever they mean by that. One suggestion is that you leave your computer connected to the internet, go surfing at the beach, and leave a mouse mover to collect your cash for you. But I think that would be fraud.
I think that using certain programs, wuch as Wincontrol, to make the ad bars invisible, would be fraudulent as well.
In fact, it might even be fraud for me to tell you that you can almost make a living from scamming these programs, if you work it properly. So I won't.
But I think it is freedom of speech for me to say that advertising companies deserve to get what's coming to them.
