A potent painkiller; the trade name for various doses of oxycodone and APAP (acetominophen, paracetamol). The non-opiate drug present ain't there to make the pain go away any faster, it's to keep you from taking a bunch at once (or cause catastrophic liver damage if you do). DEA Schedule II narcotic, which means it has a high potential for abuse. The active ingredient, oxycodone, is an opioid, which makes it a semi-synthetic analog of morphine.
