A now extinct coffee shop, once located in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania. A run down place once frequented by bored teenagers, pathetic adults, and those with a need for some caffeine and cigarette smoke. Filled with couches for the tired soul to sit upon, local artwork to gaze at, and moldy old books. Sadly, refuges for the rebels who would not go to the popular places and be stereotypical teenagers, were not tolerated by the town of Stroudsburg. Perks Cafe was slowly forced out of existence, until finally being condemned and closed. Now it has been hacked into an arsy bonzai gallery for none but the upper echelon of townsfolk. Once again, youth is forced to the streets to find entertainment.
