According to the local gossip, it is responsible for the worst hangover you can reallistically achieve from drinking Koelsch. Nevertheless enjoyed by medical students of the University of Cologne in vast amounts at their traditional and favourite hangout, the Demmer. Brewed since 1847 by the similar named Peters - Brewery which has been in the hands of the same family for over 150 years now. Cave: Not to be mixed with other Koelsch on the same evening, as this is traditionally the moment the hangover kicks in.
