That area of Philadelphia with the most city money pumped in to raise tourism and retail sales, while neglecting the skyrocketing rent and lack of adequate parking, although it is amazingly easy to reach via public transportation.

These were originally designed by William Penn in order to give the city a healthy, rural feel. Too bad we didn't stick to that idea.
