Chicken Broth

Pork Chops,
browned
4 slices (crossways)
Yellow Onion
4 slices (crossways)
Green Bell Pepper
4 slices (crossways)
Tomato
½ Teaspoon
Cumin (add to broth)
Salt and
Black Pepper to taste (add to broth).
Pour in broth add rice, mix.
Place pork chops on top of rice and lay a slice of tomato, onion and bell pepper on top of each one.
Bake covered for 1 hour at 350º.
