Minor league baseball team in Woodbridge, Virginia (Prince William County). Plays in the Carolina League Northern Division; farm team of the St. Louis Cardinals. Home games are at Pfitzner Stadium, behind the county administration complex off of Prince William Parkway.
Formerly known as the Prince William Cannons, but decided to change their name before the 1999 season to promote a NoVA identity. The franchise has been in Northern Virginia since its founding in 1981, when it played several seasons to total indifference in Alexandria before moving further out and gaining a fan base in the outer suburbs.
