Power Computing was the Apple Macintosh clone maker that made a (relativley) brief appearance on the market between early 1995 and mid 1997, when Apple Computers allowed Macintosh clones to be sold on the market. Power Computing made several lines, including the PowerCenter, PowerTower, Power Base, Power Wave and Power Curve, which were comperable in speed to, but less expensive than their counterparts.

Power Computing computers were revolutionary in many areas. To this day, Power Computing machines are still the only computers to have both standard PC and Macintosh ports, as a built in feature.
