In freeform multiplayer RPGs (That is, ones without a fixed system) as well as MU*s, a powergamer is someone who gives himself powers, magical or otherwise, that make him more or less invincible and/or capable of blowing up a medium-sized city a la Dragon Ball Z. Also known as twinkies.
