The lead singer of the
Christian rock band Covenant on TV's
The Simpsons (voiced by
Shawn Colvin). After
Ned Flanders' wife,
Maude Flanders, died in a tragic racetrack accident,
Ned met Rachel at
church and quickly developed a crush on her. However, it took some pushing from
Homer Simpson before the two went out on a date. Unfortuantely,
Ned killed whatever sparks there were between them when he snuck into Rachel's bedroom one night and cut her hair to resemble
Maude's.
Rachel spends most of her time touring with her band, although she has a knack for losing band members. First her lead drummer left to join a ska band, and later her entire band left to become a rock band. Apparently they simply changed the lyrics of their existing songs: "Jesus" became "baby".
