An excellent addition to potatoes in any form, this sauce also goes well on virtually anything you would normally put cheese over.

  • In a sauce pan cook onion and garlic in butter till tender and translucent, but not brown.
  • Stir in flour, pepper and salt. Add milk all at once.
  • Stir until creamy and thick
  • Add cheese and stir until fully melted. Serve immediately.
