Royal Astronomy was released by µ-Ziq (Mike Paradinas) in 1999 on UK Hut Recordings as catalogue number HUT55 (In America, it was released on Astralwerks as ASW6275, and in Japan on EMI as VJCP-68155).

One of the best-received works by µ-Ziq, Royal Astronomy is a playground of weird samples and 80ies inspired electro. The µ-Ziq trademark of using obscure rap samples and vintage synths is in place and used to full effect. Highly reccomendable!

The cover art shows the corona of what looks like an earth-eclipse.
