Group of widely spread, very remote islands in the south Atlantic Ocean, about midway between South America and Africa (there are more than 700 miles between some of these islands). This overseas territory of the United Kingdom contains the islands of Ascension, St. Helena (where Napoleon was exiled after his final defeat), Gough Island, Inaccessible Island, Nightingale Island, and Tristan da Cunha, often considered to be the remotest island on Earth.

St Helena is only 47 sq miles in size. It is a volcanic island and has a very rugged coastline whilst been quite green and damp in the interior. The only way to reach the island is by ship because there is no airport. The ship is the RMS St Helena and it always seems to be breaking down. The island is very mountainous so it will be a bit difficult to build an airport. Besides the Napoleon Connection many Boer War prisoners where put in camps there. One liked it so much he stayed on after the war. The name for people from this island is 'Saints'.

Mother of Constantine the Great. She convert to Christianty, and was a powerful influence in Constantine's life. On a pilgramage to the Holy Lands she found what what claimed to be the True Cross, and is often shown with it in medevial works of art.
